Jan 13, 2017 The UBC Engineering Co-op Program is aware of the EngCORE speed issues some students experienced on Jan 12, 2017. Job postings will be extended where possible. An update will be provided once we receive more information.

May 9, 2016 EngCORE site maintenance outage: EngCORE will not be available on Saturday May 14 from 6pm to 2am PDT. This outage is to allow the vendor to perform maintenance on the servers to optimize server performance.

April 15, 2016: EngCORE will be undergoing a system update and will be unavailable from 6:00 am PDT on Friday, April 15, 2016 until 8:30 am PDT on Monday, April 18, 2016. System hosting will be moving from UBC IT to the system provider.

January 28, 2016: The UBC Engineering Co-op Program is aware of the issue students have experienced from Jan 27-28, 2016. UBC IT has confirmed that server CPU and memory levels were more than sufficient over that period. We continue to investigate to determine the source of the slowdown.

January 23, 2016: UBC IT and the EngCORE provider are monitoring the system. On January 22, system resources were increased and configuration changes were made to improve the performance. We thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue.

January 14, 2016 - Document Uploads: Ensure all documents are being uploaded in as PDF. Currently Word documents do not load properly.
