Civil

Civil Engineering students obtain a strong fundamental knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemistry, solid mechanics, fluid mechanics and structures. Students further focus their studies on sub-disciplines including environmental, geotechnical, hydraulics, structures and transportation engineering. Students understand the design and structural analysis of a truss, use building information modeling software and learn about plane surveying methods.

Optional Specializations in Civil Engineering:

Environmental Engineering
Emphasizes developing expertise in addressing environmental engineering problems.
